Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical consulting or solutions engineering with measurable business improvements.
- Experience mapping workflows and gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in CS/Engineering/Business or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven improvements from discovery through delivery.
- Collaborate with leaders to map workflows and surface opportunities for AI.
- Translate requirements into technical designs and integrate AI-enabled solutions.
- Redesign processes to enable adoption and measure efficiency gains.
- Communicate progress and outcomes to executives with clear business cases.
- Provide internal AI enablement through guidance and training.
- Ensure responsible use with data privacy and governance.
