Job summary

Cayenta, a division of Harris, is seeking an Application Consultant to support Install Base clients and focus on the CayOps program. This role collaborates with Operations, R&D, and clients to become a product expert and process advisor, offering IT transformation and strong client training.

The position is project-driven with travel in North America, and emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, documentation, and customer care delivery to improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of utility life cycle (meter-to-cash) required.
• Experience with CIS processes and functionality.
• Strong influencing and communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through processes, ensure solution delivery and training.
• Conduct business analysis, requirements elicitation, and gap/root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with QA, R&D and operations to align product with client needs.
• Assist in project governance, change management, and documentation.
