Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a skilled consultant to drive AI and CLM solutions using Ironclad and DocuSign on Salesforce and AWS ecosystems. You will engage clients to collect requirements, design and implement scalable configurations, and mentor teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in consulting, strong communication, and a track record delivering Ironclad/DocuSign CLM projects across Salesforce clouds. Remote and in-person options with travel up to 25% are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience on project and consulting teams.
• 1+ years of implementation experience of Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
• Prior experience as a Consultant with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
• 2+ years of experience selling and delivering business solutions on the Ironclad or DocuSign platforms; demonstrated ability to speak to delivery approaches for different sizes and clients.
• 1+ DocuSign and/or Ironclad certifications.
• Experience in all phases of services delivery, software development, and testing life cycles.
• Expert at project delivery, including all aspects of program management and the SDLC.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience building out project and program teams and organizing programs for success.
• Mentoring experience and leadership background.
• Background or relevant education in Operations, Legal, and Contract Management.

Responsibilities

• Work with our customers to collect and define requirements, propose & deliver solutions.
• Build, and often architect, best-in-class implementations of Ironclad.
• Configure Ironclad Solutions using tools available on the platform (e.g., Templates, Launch Forms, Workflows, Playbooks, Properties, and Platform setup).
• Acquire and maintain all applicable Ironclad Certifications.
• Be a NeuraFlash evangelist in the Ironclad Community, and help us cultivate a culture of success.
• Advise our customers on solution tradeoffs to assist in the cost/benefit analysis, considering business process, architecture, and IT operating model.
