Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking an AI Strategy & Transformation Architect to guide clients through enterprise AI transformations. You will turn ambiguous business problems into structured roadmaps, aligning strategy with Salesforce and agentic‑AI ecosystems, and work closely with delivery teams to ensure measurable outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in strategy consulting, 3+ years leading Salesforce engagements, and hands-on experience with agentic AI use cases and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level.
• Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing agentic AI use cases.
• Experience leading executive workshops and strategic decision sessions.
• Experience designing future-state operating models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on client engagements and lead sessions with executives.
• Shape ambiguous problems into structured statements with defined success criteria.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, use cases, and governance frameworks.
• Bridge strategy to delivery by turning insights into user stories and design patterns.
• Develop reusable IP and contribute to the practice's playbooks and discovery tools.
