Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Applied AI Solutions Architect to bridge business strategy with AI development from discovery to production. You will lead AI initiatives, design end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams while leveraging Claude Code and other AI tools.

The role emphasizes responsible AI practices, security, and scalable architectures, with a fully remote U.S. location and significant cross-functional impact across products and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or engineering.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into production AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience building applications with large language models and AI agents.
• End-to-end solution design and delivery experience.
• Ability to design integrations and AI-powered workflows.
• Experience with AWS and data governance basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify pain points with stakeholders and define acceptance criteria.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment with measurable outcomes.
• Design fit-for-purpose AI solutions including agents and data integrations.
• Develop architectures balancing performance, reliability, and cost with security.
• Prototype rapidly to validate approaches before full-scale implementation.
• Collaborate with product, UX, SRE, engineering, QA, and architecture teams.
• Define test plans and validate AI output quality for production readiness.
• Plan delivery phases, prioritize work, and drive incremental improvements.
• Monitor adoption and refine based on metrics and feedback.
• Provide technical leadership and guide cross-functional teams.
