Job summary

Procore Technologies, Inc. seeks an AI Solution Specialist to bridge cutting-edge AI with real-world construction challenges. You’ll architect intelligent workflows, act as a technical north star, and drive AI-driven value for a global customer base. The role reports to Greg Wilson and can be based remotely across the US.

You will partner with account teams, craft compelling AI narratives, and design bespoke demos and PoCs to illustrate business transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical solutions consulting or customer-facing roles with AI in tech stacks and cloud architectures.
• Builder mindset to scale new business and drive expansion revenue through advisory.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technology and its business impact.
• Exceptional narrative-building skills to tell business transformation stories.
• Advanced prompt engineering and agent evaluation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architect intelligent workflows to scale AI deployment across customer enterprises.
• Serve as a technical north star for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Engineer cross-sell opportunities by uncovering high-impact AI use cases.
• Craft narratives around Procore’s evolving AI ecosystem with sales leadership.
• Map customer data stacks and identify entry points for AI automation.
• Configure AI tools and agent instructions to demonstrate value.
• Design bespoke demos and proofs-of-concept to showcase AI capabilities.
• Translate customer needs into technical solutions and implementation plans.
