Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with infrastructure and scalable systems focus.
• 3+ years of experience managing geographically dispersed engineering teams.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in GCP and Kubernetes/GKE; Terraform for infra-as-code; familiarity with AWS.
• Proven track record building advanced continuous delivery systems and self-service deployment capabilities.
• Experience architecting and operating horizontal platforms or shared services with modular, configuration-driven frameworks.
• Experience managing AI infrastructure, including AI models, autonomous agents, and evaluation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of data residency requirements and regional compliance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and operation of Procore AI infrastructure across geographic and sovereign zones.
• Lead a high-performing team of software and infrastructure engineers and drive their growth.
• Design and build infrastructure (AWS and GCP) and deployment patterns for new regions to accelerate launches.
• Partner with other Procore AI teams to define integration requirements and feature adoption.
• Ensure regional data residency, security, and regulatory compliance for each zone.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and SLOs for platform reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create design docs and integration guides.
