Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive software engineering and technology leadership experience.
• 7+ years leading software development organizations.
• 5+ years delivering AI-enabled applications and AI platforms.
• Experience creating scalable native AI software development organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year AI software engineering strategy.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI engineering organization.
• Deliver AI-enabled products, platforms, and solutions from discovery to operation.
• Establish governance, security, and risk management across AI initiatives.
