Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum division seeks a Learning Content Specialist to build and manage AI-focused content, learning pathways, and change-management efforts across the enterprise. You will administer SharePoint Online sites and LMS trainings, creating accessible resources and analytics-driven improvements.

You will leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot and related collaboration tools to deliver engaging learning experiences, align with adoption goals, and drive measurable outcomes for enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years in design, building and content management of SharePoint Online sites.
• 5+ years administering training programs on LMS platforms with data reporting and analytics.
• 5+ years developing knowledge/content management strategies for online/live training content and learning pathway construction.

Responsibilities

• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement across learning and content administration operations.
• Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design, platform optimizations, and strategic learning innovations.
• Administer, maintain, and optimize SharePoint Online sites, pages, permissions, lists, and content repositories supporting training selection and enrollment tools.
• Administer, manage, and report on learning events and training programs using LMS and data analytics tools.
• Create, curate, publish, and update engaging site content including learning pathways, announcements, success stories, self-directed learning resources, and FAQs.
• Develop information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and content governance standards to optimize navigation and UX across collaboration platforms.
• Partner with AI productivity tool teams and business stakeholders to align content and training engagements with change management and adoption goals.
• Monitor communities, participation trends, adoption metrics, and user feedback to gather business intelligence and drive improvements.
• Connect training engagements with Viva Engage and Teams to enable discussions and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
• Identify agentic and automated tool solutions to simplify access to information and elevate user experience.
