Job summary

Waterfront Training Solutions is seeking an experienced eLearning & Content Developer to create interactive digital training and streamline business processes through AI and automation. Build engaging courses using Articulate 360, Unity, and SharePoint Online, and implement Power Automate and Power Apps to optimize workflows.

The role requires collaborating with instructional designers, SMEs, and multimedia teams to translate technical information into effective training and digital solutions,

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of relevant technical experience in eLearning development or related fields.
• Proven hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise).
• Experience translating requirements into interactive learning products.
• Experience developing or maintaining SharePoint Online sites and libraries.
• Practical experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Experience applying AI tools to content development or business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot courseware, applications, and workflows.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive training using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Unity, or comparable platforms.
• Translate storyboards and objectives into functional digital courseware.
• Build branching scenarios, simulations, assessments, and knowledge checks.
• Configure Storyline elements (variables, triggers, conditions, layers).
• Create reusable templates and components to improve efficiency.
• Implement accessibility features and publish to HTML5/LMS formats.
• Develop SharePoint Online sites and integrate with Power Automate/Power Apps.
• Collaborate with designers, SMEs, QA, and project personnel.
