Genesys is seeking a Senior Services Engagement Director in the United States (Remote) to drive enterprise-scale customer experience transformation. You will own end-to-end Professional Services revenue, expand platform adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes across high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in SaaS or cloud sales focusing on Professional Services.
• Proven track record selling complex services to enterprise accounts.
• Experience owning and closing services-driven revenue.
• Background in cloud transformation, migration, and modernization.
• Knowledge of CCaaS or CX platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Professional Services revenue strategy across a defined enterprise portfolio.
• Build and scale a services pipeline that accelerates deal velocity and platform adoption.
• Lead multi-solution engagements aligning consulting, migration, and optimization to outcomes.
• Design proposals that quantify impact across AI-enabled CX and analytics.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align services strategy with account plans.
• Guide customers through AI-enabled transformation journeys and pursuit of value.
