Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Security and Trust Engineering to build a company‑wide trust engineering capability. Reporting to the CISO, you will lead a security/trust engineering team and influence multiple peer teams to embed governance, identity, and assurance across engineering platforms and AI workflows.

The role demands technical depth in security, infrastructure, platform engineering, and AI‑enabled engineering, with a focus on automation and systemic improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a security/engineering team in a technology environment.
• Six+ years in security/infra/platform/AI/cloud engineering or closely related roles.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management and security tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a security/trust engineering team under the CISO.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to embed security and trust controls.
• Turn manual security work into durable, automated systems and metrics.
• Embed security controls into CI/CD, identity systems, and AI workflows.
• Support SOC 2 and ISO 42001 through automation and evidence collection.
• Communicate risk in business terms to executives and stakeholders.
• Establish operating cadence, ownership, and metrics for trust outcomes across teams.
