Job summary

3E is looking for a Manager, Security and Trust Engineering to help build a robust company-wide trust engineering capability. Reporting into the CISO, this role directly leads and develops a security/trust engineering team, while also leading a broader virtual Trust Engineering capability across 3E.

The strongest candidate will have real technical depth in security, infrastructure, platform engineering, and AI-enabled engineering, plus the operating maturity to influence peer teams.

Qualifications

• Leading a team of infosec analysts and engineers.
• Experience in security engineering, infrastructure & AI engineering.
• Ability to drive outcomes through multiple teams without direct reporting.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD, delivery workflows and identity systems.
• AI fluency and ability to discuss AI-enabled workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the InfoSec team to operationalize AI governance, security assurance, identity controls, vulnerability remediation, and customer trust practices.
• Drive security and trust work through cross-functional teams by aligning priorities and enabling execution.
• Turn manual security work into durable systems, automation, metrics, and operating models.
• Partner with technical teams to embed controls into engineering platforms, CI/CD, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Support continuous assurance for SOC 2 and ISO 42001 with automation and evidence collection.
