Job summary

3E is seeking a Manager, Security and Trust Engineering to build a robust trust engineering capability across the company. Reporting to the CISO, the role leads a security/trust team and partners with Engineering, AI, Platform, Infrastructure, and Compliance to embed governance into products and workflows.

The ideal candidate has depth in security, infrastructure, platform engineering, and AI-enabled engineering, with practical leadership and a focus on automation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of infosec analysts and engineers.
• Six or more years in security engineering, infrastructure or AI engineering.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management and identity tooling.
• Hands-on familiarity with the listed security tools and platforms.
• Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
• AI fluency and ability to discuss governance and automation in AI workflows.
• Clear communication of risk to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the InfoSec team to operationalize AI governance and security assurance.
• Drive security work through cross-functional teams and align priorities.
• Turn manual security tasks into durable systems and automated processes.
• Embed security controls into CI/CD, identity systems, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build AI-enabled workflows and systems that reduce manual work and improve security.
• Support continuous assurance for SOC 2 and ISO 42001 with automation.
• Communicate risk in business terms to executives and translate to action.
