zscaler is seeking a strategic, field-facing pre-sales engineer to help Fortune 500 enterprises adopt generative AI securely. The role blends consultative sales engineering with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, and data protection.

You will partner with executives and architects to shape technical strategy and deliver high-impact demonstrations. As a trusted advisor on AI risk, you will translate complex architectures into business and security outcomes, train enterprise teams, and scale the global

Qualifications

Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role such as sales engineering or solutions architecture.
Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals including Zero Trust and data loss prevention.
Hands-on AI prototyping with LLM APIs and agentic workflows.
Experience deploying production AI with data leakage prevention and governance.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the technical sales strategy for AI security opportunities.
Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
Serve as field SME on AI patterns including RAG and prompt workflows, advising on data exposure and shadow AI risk.
Collaborate with product and engineering to channel customer feedback into the roadmap.
Train and mentor enterprise account teams on AI security best practices.
