Zscaler is seeking a Principal AI Security Specialist to bridge AI innovation with enterprise security. You will partner with Fortune 500 executives, delivering tailored demos and strategic guidance to unlock AI power without compromising data.

You’ll lead with a trusted advisory approach in a fast-evolving market. You will combine consultative strength with deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, and data protection, while collaborating across Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape the security roadmap

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Advisory).
• Strong foundations in cybersecurity including Zero Trust, DLP, cloud security, API integrations.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to translate AI architectures into business value.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with GTM teams in fast-growth environments.
• Hands-on prototyping with AI and ML concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect the AI technical strategy with enterprise account teams.
• Lead high-impact demos and POVs for AI security platforms at C-level.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on LLMs, RAG, and data protection.
• Scale the field motion by creating reusable demos, assets, and enablement content.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into the roadmap.
