Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development and overlay sales to the North American sales operation. They will work closely with the HQ business line manager and the North American sales team to generate sales opportunities and recruit new enterprise accounts for our innovative SaaS application.

Responsibilities
  1. Execute the product sales strategy with the NA sales team.
  2. Monitor and report on the execution of the business plan (strategy).
  3. Position proposed solutions and their value in alignment with customer strategies, needs, and directions.
  4. Analyze customer business needs to identify new opportunities.
  5. Develop account strategies; anticipate customer needs and align company capabilities accordingly.
  6. Drive company offerings and responses to key customer requirements; enhance the company proposition and develop long-term relationships.
  7. Engage account teams, partners, and internal resources in defining and implementing account plans.
  8. Track market and customer needs to inform product development and feature enhancements.
  9. Communicate product values and benefits internally, especially towards R&D functions.
