Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15/hr with weekly payments; flexible hours and remote work enable you to work from home or while traveling. Access to leading LLMs is included as a perk.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Attention to detail and the ability to replay/zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and rating naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Writing a concise English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
• Rating outputs on dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism.
