Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, rate exchanges, and compare image/video pairs to judge prompt adherence, then explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Work from home or while traveling with weekly payments and a base rate up to $15 USD/hr plus incentives. You’ll gain free access to leading LLMs and contribute to Outlier's evaluation feedback

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for close listening.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English based on observations.
