Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with fully remote, flexible hours, and up to $15 per hour plus incentives. Paid weekly via ACH, PayPal and AirTM, with access to leading LLMs for free.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to listen closely and explain observations.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a clear English explanation of what was seen.
