Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You’ll role-play live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication and comfort with conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations in a natural way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing explanations in English.
