Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write precise explanations of what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your schedule.

Contributors help shape how advanced AI systems learn and perform, with flexible hours and remote work. Earn up to $18 per hour with additional incentives and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• High attention to detail and patience to inspect outputs closely.
• Excellent written explanations of findings in English.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in a natural way.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in and replay to spot issues like artifacts or mismatches.
• Write specific, evidence-based explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
