Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay conversations with AI voice models and score each exchange, then compare image and video outputs to determine which aligns with the prompt better.

You will explain findings in writing to help improve AI behavior. Ideal candidates communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and can work independently with no minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and focus.
• Able to think on your feet and explain reviews clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely and note distortions, motion issues, or audio/text mismatches.
• Write English explanations pointing to observed issues and justifications.
