Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looks off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 USD per hour, with weekly payments and additional incentives. Flexible hours, work from home or while traveling, and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Ability to explain observations clearly in writing.
• Comfortable deciding between imperfect options.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise explanation in English describing what was observed.
