Outlier is hiring detail‑oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a remote, flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing.

Work remotely from home or while traveling, with payments weekly and access to leading LLMs. Earn up to $15 per hour, with incentives based on project requirements and expertise.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable reasoning aloud and thinking on your feet when explaining AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Rank AI-generated outputs for naturalness and adherence to prompts.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-text mismatches.
• Provide written explanations pointing to observed issues in English.
