Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and provide written explanations of what’s off. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and judge which follow prompts more accurately from the comfort of a remote schedule.

In this role you’ll rate explanations on adherence, quality, and realism, then describe your assessment in writing. The work is fully remote with flexible hours and weekly payments in USD.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Willingness to discuss realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English.
