Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off.

In this on-demand position, you’ll compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, assess realism and adherence, and provide concise explanations in English. Paid weekly with competitive hourly rates up to $18, plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to verify outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable making evidence-based reviews and clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, motion issues, or audio-video mismatches.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing what was off.
