Job summary

Outlier in the United States invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looks wrong, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, you will help improve AI systems by rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concrete explanations in English. Remote, with weekly payments and no minimum hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something is off.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Open to applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, or United States.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows prompts better.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in or replay to spot problems.
• Write specific explanations in English detailing observed issues.
