Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager — AI Workflow Review to remotely assess AI outputs across recruiting workflows. You will grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit using a structured rubric, flag risks, and document the next steps for training the modeling team.

The role requires direct recruiting experience, strong written reasoning to cite policies, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a remote contractor position for US-based work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next step so the modeling team can train on it.
