Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a remote Business Operations Expert contractor to evaluate AI outputs within business operations workflows and playbooks. You will grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit, flag regulatory and policy gaps, and document the next steps for model training.

You will work asynchronously about 10+ hours per week, with a focus on accurate rubric application and clear written reasoning to support cross-team QA and operations alignment.

Qualifications

• Direct working experience in business operations on real teams.
• Consistently apply multi-page rubrics across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the policy or workflow used.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompt issues.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current business operations workflows, playbooks, and firm policy for Business Operations Expert assignments.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next step so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed treatments against published playbooks or firm guidance.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in inter-rater calibration cycles.
