Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

We offer remote work, flexible hours, and pay up to $15/hr with weekly payments and additional incentives. Access to leading LLMs is provided, valued at over $200 per month, and you’ll contribute to improving AI systems through

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something looks off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or text/audio mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a written explanation in English.
