Outlier in the United States (remote) is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off, all remotely on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to carefully review audio, image and video outputs.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining choices clearly in natural conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which adheres to the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation.
