Job summary

Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on your own schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Work from home or while traveling, with up to $15 per hour plus incentives and weekly payments. You’ll gain free access to leading LLMs and contribute to shaping how AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspecting outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a specific English-language explanation.
