Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-hour basis. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off with precise, written reasoning.

Responsibilities include rating outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing concise explanations in English. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and strong written communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication are required.
• High attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to verify content.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to identify artifacts or misalignments (e.g., distorted anatomy, flicker, misalignment).
• Provide written explanations in English detailing observations and reasoning.
