Outlier is hiring detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what is off, all remotely and on flexible hours.

Responsibilities include scoring outputs for adherence, quality, and realism, and providing written explanations. Ideal candidates communicate clearly and hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher if possible. Remote from multiple countries is supported.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on content.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate outputs.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for anomalies like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation in English for each decision.
