Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score outputs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
Ability to articulate observations in writing with concrete examples.
Comfortable making decisions when both options have flaws.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
Writing a written explanation in English detailing what was observed.
