Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to explain decisions with concise writing.
• Able to decide between imperfect options with clarity.
• Applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom or United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, motion issues, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific English explanations detailing what was seen or heard.
