Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of your home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, entirely remotely and on a schedule that suits you.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your feedback helps shape AI that better understands human intent and performs in real-world settings.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above is nice to have.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspect outputs to spot issues like distortions, flickering, text/audio misalignment.
• Write a concise English explanation pointing to observed issues.
