Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay conversations with an AI voice model, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English and the ability to explain findings clearly.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Nice to have a Bachelor’s degree or above; ability to think on your feet.
• Experience writing brief, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion errors, or audio mismatch.
• Write explanations in English pointing to what was observed.
