Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI systems by providing precise feedback and rankings. Responsibilities include evaluating audio, video, and captions, rating adherence to prompts, and delivering concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable discussing realistic scenarios in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing detailed explanations of findings in English.
