Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You’ll rate outputs for naturalness and adherence, provide concise explanations in English, and help improve AI reasoning. Flexible hours, remote work, and weekly payments are available to contributors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing concise explanations in English pointing to what you saw or heard.
