Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain what looked off in writing, remotely and on your own timetable.

You will help shape AI systems by providing meticulous feedback on prompts, visuals, and audio alignment, contributing to real-world performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail with patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above is a nice-to-have.
• Comfortable speaking in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what looked or sounded wrong.
