Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, flexible-hours opportunity to review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and evaluating outcomes. Earn up to $15 per hour, with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM, and enjoy free access to leading language models.

The role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with applicants from multiple countries eligible. You will describe what looked off and how it could be improved in writing, helping shape AI systems.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to audit AI outputs.
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions clearly.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide between options when both have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, text or audio mismatches.
• Write explanations in English detailing observed issues.
