Job summary

Outlier offers a remote, flexible opportunity reviewing AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off. Payments are up to $15/hr with weekly payouts and additional incentives.

Responsibilities include evaluating audio, video, and image outputs, rating quality, and providing written explanations. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented English speakers who can work independently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail, able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and misaligned audio.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
