Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible-hour basis. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off or incorrect, helping improve AI reasoning for real-world use.

Contributors review image and video pairs, rate adherence and quality, and provide concise, evidence-based explanations in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
• Ability to assess AI outputs and justify judgments.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and score exchanges.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs in detail to spot errors like distortions or audio mismatches.
• Write English explanations describing what was observed.
