Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what’s off in writing. This is a freelance, remote opportunity with weekly payment options.

You will assess AI outputs for accuracy and realism, provide structured feedback, and help improve AI systems through an evaluation and feedback loop.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze audio/visual outputs.
• Ability to explain uncertainties and decisions in writing.
• Comfort with rapid, structured evaluation of AI outputs.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank AI-generated outputs by naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Inspect images/videos to spot issues like distortions, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Write a concise, evidence-based explanation of what was off and why.
