Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis with flexible hours. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing.

Your work helps shape how AI systems reason and learn, supporting frontier research turned into real-world performance. Responsibilities include scoring outputs for naturalness, adherence, and realism, and providing concise explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in conversation.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, spotting issues like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatches.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a concise explanation in English.
