Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will score live conversations with AI voice models, compare AI-generated images and videos to the prompts, and write concise explanations of what looked off, all on your own schedule.

As part of Outlier’s evaluation loop, your feedback helps advance AI reasoning and real-world performance. The program offers flexible hours and remote participation across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios in conversation.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Capable of clear decision-making when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely and describing what looked or sounded off in writing.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explicit English explanations.
