Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will engage in live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness and usefulness, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming/replaying) to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English that point to what was seen or heard.
