Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and write focused explanations of what looks off or sounds inconsistent.

Contributors review outputs for realism and fidelity, rating adherence, quality, and realism across tasks with flexible hours and remote work. This role supports Outlier’s mission to improve AI systems in real-world uses.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like artifacts, motion irregularities, or audio-video mismatch.
• Write concise explanations in English describing what you observed.
